Tips from the Flipper
One of the first projects we completed, with funding from Spring Valley Bank, was a single-family home located at 46 Junefield in Greenhills, purchased as an estate sale. This was one of 15 renovation projects we’ve completed so far this year. The project involved a full renovation, including adding a luxurious full bathroom to the owner's suite. We revived the original hardwood floors, finished the basement, and transformed the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It was a true transformation, showcasing what can be achieved through strategic investing.

Since launching in June, Bonafide Academy has quickly become a hub for aspiring real estate investors. In just a few short months, over 25 committed cohorts have joined us, securing five investment properties through the strategies we’ve taught.
